The Work includes development of an ADA space and renovation of limited areas within the existing structures; limited building and site demolition, reinforced concrete slab-on-grade, face brick and split-face masonry units, cold-rolled metal studs, structural steel, steel joists and metal deck, metal and concrete stairs, sloping rigid insulation, thermal and acoustic insulation, metal wall panels, EPDM roofing, solid core wood and hollow metal doors and frames, aluminum storefront entrances and windows, fiberglass sandwich pyramid skylight, metal studs and gypsum board, acoustic ceiling tiles, VCT flooring, signage, FEC's, toilet accessories, electrical and fire alarm system, plumbing fixtures and provisions for future food service equipment.
