Camp Sunshine Mountain Lakes, Inc. proposes to construct a camp/resort facility on property near Burnsville Lake in Braxton County. Camp Sunshine will be patterned after a sister facility located in Casco, Maine. It will serve as a retreat for children with serious illnesses and their families. Families will benefit from extensive recreational facilities to be located on the nearly 100 acre mountain top site. More details regarding this exciting project will be posted as the facility design begins to evolve and take shape on this website.

Blackwood Associates, Inc. (BAI) was originally established as a West Virginia Corporation in 1959. The firm has maintained leadership in the design of state-of-the-art recreational, educational, medical, commercial, and residential facilities.

Nearly ten years ago, Blackwood Associates, Inc. began using 3D vector-based modeling as part of our on-going exploration of available technologies. Initially used for presenting designs, we now use cutting edge 3D modeling as a design tool. With 3D models and animations being used in movies, on television shows and commercials, and at theme parks, most everyone has experienced and appreciates the entertainment benefits of this relatively new technology. Now this tool is being used in courtrooms, by publishing agencies, on the web, and by designers of aircraft, automobile, industry and architecture.

MSES Consultants, Inc. is a multi-disciplinary planning, engineering, environmental, architectural support and project management firm, headquartered in Clarksburg, West Virginia. We have amassed over 26 years of successful project experience, serving private and public clients since our initial founding as a small, 3-person environmental consulting firm in 1976. MSES expanded rapidly to become a provider of total engineering and environmental services by the year 1978, and we have seen our ranks swell, with a current professional staff over 70, including registered engineers, professional land surveyors, and a diverse roster of professionals, scientists, technicians and support personnel.
