Site preparation and construction of a 8,300 SF 16-bed
group home with precast concrete floors over a crawlspace, wood stud and
brick walls and wood truss roof. Property is located in a flood plain
requiring the first floor elevation to be raised more than six feet
above existing grade.

WILLIAM R. SHARPE, JR. HOSPITAL - NEW 50 BED PATIENT CARE UNIT
Design of a new 25,000 +/- square foot 50 bed patient care unit addition at the William R. Sharpe, Jr. Hospital located in Weston, West Virginia.
The second-story addition will be constructed above an existing single-story 50 Bed Unit which was originally designed and constructed to accept a second story. Also, included as an add alternate to add a fully operational kitchen designed to prepare standard meals for 100 patients and an adjoining dining room.
