commissioned by Marion County Schools in 1992 for the following projects:

$140,000 - SBA funded
- 1992 - Toilet Renovations
$125,000 - SBA funded
Wheeling Park High School
Additions/Renovations
Blackwood Associates, Inc.
was commissioned by Ohio County Schools in 1991 to renovate and repair
portions of Wheeling Park High School.
The initial projects were funded by the WV School Building
Authority and the final project was part of a $14,800,000.00 Bond
Issue. Projects included:

- Science Laboratory Renovations
- Renovation of
two existing classrooms into combination classrooms/labs with
storage/work room. $203,000.00
- 1992 - Evaluation and
development of corrective measures for removal
of expansive soils material
from under the existing building.
Work included reconstruction of areas disturbed by removal
operations. $1,990,000.00
- 1996 - New
Wellness Center and
Multi-Purpose space with repairs and renovations to existing
locker rooms and swimming pool. $750,000.00
