BAI
is an Architectural and Planning firm located in Fairmont, West
Virginia. Incorporated in
1959 BAI has successfully completed over $500 million in
construction projects in the last 20 years.
MSES is a one shop, multi-disciplinary planning,
engineering, environmental, architectural support and project
management firm, established over 24 years ago and headquartered in
Clarksburg, West Virginia. The
BAI/MSES team has a 12 year working relationship providing A/E
services on more than a million square feet of West Virginia
building construction.
The BAI/MSES
team offers a combined professional staff of 74, with 4 registered
architects, 12 registered structural, mechanical, civil and electrical
engineers, 6 professional land surveyors, information technologists
and a diverse roster of professionals, scientists, technicians and
support staff. Our growing number of successful projects demonstrate
that our personnel have the education and experience required to
accommodate any new construction, renovation/additions, building
evaluation and code analysis study that could be required.
