Bid Date: September 3, 2008 at 1:30 p.m. PROJECT AWARDED TO: Lombardi Development Co. - Follansbee, WV Project Description The Work includes removal and replacement of interior non-load bearing ceilings, doors/frames, walls and floors and associated finishes and accessories as required for pyritic remediation/stabilization work (this includes electrical and plumbing work), exterior re-caulking of all existing windows, and the creation of weep-holes in the brick veneer. The exterior work includes re-grading and paving the parking areas, sidewalk replacement, and a storm-water collection system. Other work includes removal of the existing ballasted roof and replacing with an EPDM system, and replacement of the existing roof mounted HVAC units.
