SCOPE-OF-WORK

The Work includes renovation to miscellaneous buildings on campus as
follows:

1. Building Two:
   1. Upgrade electrical service.
   2. Remove and replace elevator.
   3. Minor renovations in Basement and First Floor.
   4. Complete renovation and build-out of Second and Third Floor
      to create patient rooms and common areas. Work includes
      power, data, phone, fire alarm, plumbing and HVAC.
   5. Installation of sprinkler system throughout entire building.
   6. Remove and replace all windows in entire building.
   7. Masonry restoration as detailed.
   8. Provide new chiller and boiler and associated work to serve
      the entire building, connecting to existing hot and chilled water
      systems.
   9. Provide new water heating systems and revise existing hot
      and cold water piping mains in basement.
   10. Provide new generator to supply required emergency power.
   11. Provide DDC Control System.
2. Building Three:
   1. Remove and replace all existing windows.
   2. Extend DDC Control System from Building Two.
3. Building Four:
   1. Provide new generator to supply emergency power to the
      existing boiler. (To be sized for future supply of required
      emergency lighting and power.)
   2. Extend DDC Control System from Building Two

Work includes renovation of approximately 20,000 sq. ft., window replacement, elevator replacement and health/safety upgrades.
