Bids were received for the following Work:
It is the intent of this Contract to provide quality Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment for the new St. Marys High School, in accordance with the project documents. St. Marys High School is currently under construction.
1. Vendors shall be responsible for providing all approved products, all freight and freight claims and scheduling of all deliveries.
2. All items shall include delivery and installation which shall include unloading, uncrating, setting in place, assembly and adjustment, removal of all packaging and debris and any other activity associated with a total installation.
3. Provide items which are complete in all respects including all standard inserts, accessories, devices, compartments, moveable partitions, etc. These components shall be included as part of the Work whether or not specifically listed.
