Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting: September 30, 2008 at 1:30 at the Project Site.

Estimated Cost of Construction: $300,000.00

Project Location: Harrison County Courthouse, 301 West Main Street, Clarksburg, WV 26301.

Owner: Harrison County Commission, 301 West Main Street, Clarksburg, WV 26301.

Owner's Representative: Ron Watson, President.

The Work consists of the following:

  1. The existing First Floor Annex Planning Commission Offices will be renovated to accommodate the new Family Court Offices. Two existing rooms near the public toilet rooms will also be renovated. Approximate area of renovation is 3,350 SF.
  2. Family Court Offices will contain two Judge's Offices with associated hearing rooms, staff offices and conference rooms. Waiting rooms will be located in the two existing rooms near the public toilets.
