Scope-of-Work:

The Work includes construction of a two story building of approximately 12,200 S.F. with masonry exterior load-bearing walls, steel structure, concrete slab-on-grade and on deck, metal stud framed interior walls and aluminum storefront exterior glazing. Other work includes: site excavation and landscaping; installation of flagpoles, site lighting, asphalt parking lot, and concrete sidewalks.
