Veterans Square, Plaza, and Parking Garage

This project involves three individual portions of work:

Veterans Memorial Plaza - Memorial Plaza to be located adjacent to the Veterans Square Building (G.C. Murphy Building) and on the upper level of a two story parking structure.  Project being partially funded by Veterans Council of Marion County.

Veterans Square Building - Involves multi-story interior and exterior renovations to the existing G.C. Murphy Building.   The Developer anticipates using the 64,000 sq. ft. for commercial and retail space.  The project is funded privately.

Veterans Square Parking Garage - This two story parking structure of approx. 40,000 sq. ft. is designed to accommodate a minimum of 88 parking spaces.  It is located adjacent to the Veterans Square Building with entrances from Adams Street and Hull Alley. The project is funded by HUD's EC/EZ program.
